System Testing and Diagnostic Tools
Add-On Data can provide a preloaded version of our testing tools on a partition of the appliance's hard drive to help identify of system failures in the field. This valuable tool can be made available preloaded or can be downloaded.
Advanced Hardware Replacement Program (RMA)
Add-On Data's comprehensive Advanced Hardware Replacement Program takes care of every facet of your returned merchandise. We handle everything from the initial report of a problem to blind shipping a replacement unit directly to the customer. We also retrieve and repair defective products, completely refurbish, test and certify them and put them back into your AHR pool for redeployment at a future date.
