Stephen has been President of Add-On Data since 1986. Stephen currently heads the company’s business development and marketing activities. At the helm of this successful organization for the past 21 years, Shaheen has grown revenues to more than $15 Million and has successfully acquired two other companies which added additional products and services to Add-On Data’s portfolio. A rugged and adaptable leader, Shaheen has not only weathered the last few tumultuous years but has transitioned the company multiple times during his tenure by redirecting the company from a mainframe computer supply company to a systems integrator and OEM to some of the largest ISV’s in the software industry. Shaheen has shown his ability to reinvent his organization and meet the changing needs of the marketplace. Stephen also co-founded Message Harbor, an appliance based Anti Spam Company and Perfect Edges an OEM of an Automated Skate Sharpening System. Shaheen holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from Providence College.

Richard Shaheen heads the company’s sales department. An accomplished manager he brings with him more than eight years of experience in direct sales, operations and project management for Add-On Data. Known for his teambuilding skills and his ability to penetrate difficult accounts, Richard has the proven ability to take non-clients to billings of more than $2 million in a relatively short time. His personable style allows him build rapport with his clients quickly allowing him to find opportunities in areas that may have appeared stagnant to others. He has successfully landed and managed Fortune 500 accounts and has led teams to support those enterprise clients. His past experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager with American Power Conversion. Richard graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management.

Kevin has been a member of the Add-On Data team for the past thirteen years. As the Manager of Product Assembly where he is a supervisor and handles all of our custom built systems. He oversees the entire production department from the moment the components arrive, to their assembly, testing and final shipping.

Monique has been working at Add-On Data for the past eight years. As Purchasing Manager, Monique procures all components, hardware and software for Add-On Data’s vast client base. She also research new products to add to our offerings and tracks all shipments to ensure our clients get their orders in a timely manner. Prior to joining us, Monique worked in the accounting department for Pacific Packaging for seven years as an accounts payable clerk. Monique holds a degree in Business Management from Northern Essex College.

Dave is the technical point of contact for all Add-On Data’s clients. He works with our team to create custom configurations and designs and assists with the building process of the higher end test sets. Prior to joining us, Dave was a successful Field Engineer for Best Buy for eight years. His experience as an on-site repair technician prepared him for this position where he interacts with many of our clients. Dave holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Trish has managed all the financial aspects of the company including human resources, payroll and benefits since 2004. She is a 23 year veteran in the financial industry. She successfully ran her own financial consulting firm for five years prior to joining Add-On Data and spent six years as a portfolio manager for John Hancock. She holds a degree in business administration from Becker College.

Dave joined the Add-On Data sales team in 2001, and serves a variety of our clients in the higher education, software and healthcare industries. Prior to coming to Add-On Data, Dave was a manager for Recruiters of Boston specializing in the financial industry. His ability to forge relationships and solve business problems using a human approach, has led to his success here. Dave holds a Finance Degree from Central Connecticut State University.

Robyn joined Add-On Data as an Account Executive just a year ago, but her drive and positive attitude has made her rookie year a successful one. Before coming to us, she was a recruiter for Stone Staffing and prior to that she managed restaurants around the globe including two in Sydney, Australia. She holds a BA Degree from University of Massachusetts where she was a Theatre Major

Approaching the two year mark at Add-On Data, Bill is honing his skills and continuing on a successful run here. Prior to joining our team, Bill got his feet wet in high tech sales working for Rapid 7, a vulnerability assessment software company, and he holds a BA in Political Science from University of New Hampshire.

Dubbed the "Go to Guy" Bill is a vast resource for his clients. Bill will do whatever it takes to find solutions for his clients. His level of persistence and responsiveness is unparalleled.

Our most successful Account Executive Sherri is approaching her ten year anniversary with Add-On Data. Her success is attributed to her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine concern for her clients. This is validated by the client testimonials that hang on our walls and the client referrals that make her the envy of the entire sales department. Sherri holds a Bachelors of Arts & Sciences from the University of Massachusetts.
