Custom Chassis

Silkscreen

This process transfers your logo or image to an entire batch of faceplates. Silk screen printing is a cost effective way to give your appliance a professional look with precision color matches and vibrant finishes. Silk screen printing is most often used when producing high quantities of units.

Powder Coating

Powder Coating offers a variety of colors and textures to help your appliance stand out in the crowd. Typical appliances are black, so any color or texture you choose will draw attention to your appliance.

Lexan

As an alternate solution to painting or powder coating an entire faceplate, a Lexan, or vinyl appliqué can be wrapped around the entire unit. This high-resolution imaging process is most appropriate for production of low quantities, but can also remain cost effective as your volume grows.

Custom Faceplates

If you’re really looking to differentiate your appliance but don’t want the expense of a complete custom design, we can produce a custom faceplate for any appliance. Custom faceplates allow you to completely customize the look, including venting, color, material, and finish. In addition we can add LCD displays when needed.
